Personal Commissions
By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of services. I am able to be contacted through twitter, instagram, or email [email protected], with the subject line "commission".Please keep in mind that I am a student and that times will vary depending on my availability at the moment of order.Commission orders will require a visual reference as well as a clear depiction of the order. I will only draw off descriptions if a design sheet is being ordered, and even then, there must be a clear idea of how the commission should look. More details will be discussed privately.Payment is 50% upfront, unless otherwise stated. All payments must be able to be converted into USD and can be done through Paypal, Ko-fi, or CashApp
Commercial Commissions
Commissions used for commercial purposes dictates that the pricing will be working differently depending on how much you use the commercial design. Please contact me for exact pricing details. Note that streaming assets and emotes fall under commercial use and you will be charged with 100% upcharge for that purpose. In terms of merchandise, the pricing then can be worked out privately.
Blanket Statements for All Orders
- additional fees apply for my time, the complexity of the design and props, and additional characters. fully rendered pieces cost upwards of 40$, depending on the size of the art.- no more than two characters can be ordered at a time. contact me for bigger orders and a quote will be made at that time, provided that the terms of service are agreed to.- the type of style and drawing (ex: chibi, flat colours) affects the price and will be worth more depending on how much time is spent on each order.- i will not draw animals (anthropomorphic or otherwise), heavy gore, extremely sexual content (ask for further information), political content and/or anything that promotes hate or bigotry in any way.

**Adding a background, adding a character, and choosing a time consuming art style will all lead to extra costs. These will be noted before payment. Additional information can be found below.
Busts
Base Price: 15$- additional charges include colouring, and shading. please specify if you would like a fully rendered piece. fully rendered pieces begin at roughly 45$- backgrounds and other characters also cost extra. each extra fully rendered character is an additional 25% of the total price, and the background can range from 15$ to 30$ extra, depending on the level of detail.- price varies based on whether the bust ends at the chin or at the shoulders.- profile photos start at 20$ and vary based on the complexity of the design.
Half Body
Base Price: 20$- colouring and shading are considered additional charges and will need to be specified in the order. fully rendered pieces begin at roughtly 50$- maximum of two characters, which will be an extra charge of 50% of the total price.- backgrounds, depending on the amount of detail requested, will range from 20$ to 35$ extra.- depending on whether the piece ends at the waist or at the thighs, the price will vary.
Full Body
Base Price: 30$- fully rendered pieces begin at 60$ or more, depending on the amount of time that goes into the final outcome. simple colours and simple shading will start at the base price and increase depending on the detail requested.- maximum of two characters, each character is an additional 75% of the total price. if more are wanted, a quote will be given privately.- detailed backgrounds will be no less than 45$. simple backgrounds will range from 25$ to 40$.

This form contains the basic information that should be sent for me to work efficiently on your order. Please have your payment information ready and certify that you have read my Terms of Service prior to commissioning.Please have ready:

General Terms
50% of the payment must be paid upfront. This will apply to a majority of commissions. However, this rule varies depending on the size of commission and type of person paying for the commission.My art is my intellectual property. Removal of my signature falls under theft and will not be tolerated. Once you have purchased an art piece, you are free to use it! However, please provide clear credit. For example, if you commission a profile picture, please ensure that clear credit is given in the bio of whatever account is using said picture.I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. I do not owe the client an explanation should this occur.I do not offer refunds for art. Please understand this is for my safety and security, to prevent being scammed. I will provide multiple progress photos before completing any commission, so if you want any changes made, please ask! You are paying, and it is my job to ensure your satisfaction throughout the process.When creating art for any type of profit, please remember that I will be getting a cut of the profit, as I have designed the item being sold. A contract will be drawn up and agreed upon before payment begins.I will not create content that would in any way support bigotry or discrimination of any kind (race, ethnicity, orientation, religion, ability, sex, etc). Additionally, I will not associate myself with anyone who aligns themselves with any type of bigotry/discrimination. I will not work with you if I find that you support any form of discrimination.Chargebacks are absolutely not tolerated. They will result in an immediate blacklist, and I will ensure others are aware of your actions. Legal action will be taken as necessary.YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART AS ANY FORM OF NFTS AND/OR CRYPTOCURRENCY. YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART TO TRAIN ANY FORM OF GENERATIVE AI.
